halloween baked oats 🎃

cause it’s both Halloween time and national oatmeal day, and I haven’t posted anything Halloween/autumn themed, I decided to make microwave baked oats with a secret ingredient – carrot 🤭🥕
Happy National Oatmeal Day and spooky Halloween!

you’ll need:
✓ 70 g oat flour
✓ some cinnamon, gingerbread spice and cacao
✓ 1 tsp baking powder
✓ 50 g shredded carrot
✓ 1 tbsp honey/syrup
✓ 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
✓ 80 ml milk
✓ 30 ml sparkling water
✓ toppings: pumpkin spice nut butter, halloween oreos, yoghurt, fruit, jam,…

1. In a ramenkin, mix flour, baking powder and spices.
2. Add other ingredients and mix well, until everything’s combined.
3. Put it into a microwave and “bake” for about 3+ minutes, until it has cakey consistency.
4. Top with anything you want.
5. Dig in and ENJOY! 👻
